Yes, if you choose the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout, our certified mechanics will assemble and tune your bike for free. For shipped bikes, we recommend professional assembly at your local shop to maintain warranty validity.
What is your return policy on cycling gear and apparel?
We accept returns on unused gear, components, and apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used helmets.
